Bio:

I have this unbridled need to create colorful abstract paintings. I have a burning that is inherent inside me and is not met until I come together with the canvas in a measure of emotions and energy. With no idea of how these pieces will come to be, I allow them to flow through and out of me unabashed and unadulterated. With layers of acrylic paint, a brush and a palette knife I try to convey that there is beauty left in this world. That through all that happens negatively, a positive can be found. That life is beautiful when we look to find it, and sometimes we must. Life makes me want to create. And the lack there of drives me to continue, even without recognition. I feel that I have a gift to give and who am I to say it’s not good enough to give it. It’s not my place to say whether it’s good or bad. And not my surprise when I hear others say it isn’t. This only drives me to want to create more and continue to grow and learn my craft to the best of my abilities.
