Bio:

Arlyn Johnson was born and raised in Kansas and now makes Kansas City her home. Johnson is now retired from a career in wetland restoration and enjoys creating art that speaks to social justice, history and nature using photography, monoprinting and encaustic in paintings and artist books. She is currently exhibiting at the National Museum of Miniatures and has an artist book in the Yale University Library. Johnson has also had her work shown in juried exhibits in Arizona, Florida, and Oregon.
